It's happening now 2023, here in Praga 

Warsaw. At a certain point it has to happen 

before everything is in decay. Places need 

to be renovated. It's just like that, the new 

wants to emerge. But is there a modern 

way to preserve the wonderful and the 

drama these facades have been part of? 

So many tales they could tell us in the future.
